The Asphalt Rises To Greet Daughtry (In Court)
Monday, October 6th, 2008Looks like not everyone loves former American Idol contestant Chris Daughtry’s song “Feels Like Tonight.” Randy Mazick of the band The Asphalt is taking Daughtry to court for allegedly stealing his band’s song “Tonight.” Mazick is also naming Apple in the suit, since they distributed the song via iTunes.
